"Harder To Breathe" by Maroon Five
-- This is heard when Dinah goes to see Helena in the bar.
"Girl in a Car" by Kim Richey -- This is played while Wade and Barbara are on their "date."

Episode #1: Premiere (October 9, 2002)

"Stop Crying Your Heart Out" by Oasis -- We hear this when Dinah is introduced on the bus, and first approached by Jerry.
"On A High" by Duncan Shiek
-- Played when Jerry and Dinah get off the bus, and Dinah gets the details about the party.
"The Wreckoning" by Boomkat
-- Featured in the scene with Barbara and Helena in the bar.
"Kiss My Lips" by Bon Voyage
-- This is heard when Helena goes to the third victim's penthouse and she witnesses the pizza.
"All You Wanted" by Michelle Branch
-- Much like the original pilot, this song is played at the very end of the episode.

Episode #0: Unaired Pilot
It is very likely that this music will not be in the final cut, as sometimes clearances for music cannot go through.

"Not Pretty Enough" by Kasey Chambers -- They play this when we first see Dinah on the bus heading to present-day New Gotham.
"A Thousand Miles" by Vanessa Carlton
-- This is heard when Dinah gets off of the bus.
"All I Wanted" by Michelle Branch -- This is played at the end of the episode.

Promotions
This was used in one of the promotions for the show, featuring Batman, Catwoman, and new clips of Ashley Scott as the Huntress:
"The Harder They Come" by Paul Oakenfold (feat. Nelly Furtado and Tricky)
